Weekly Recipe

So apparently I'm not able to stick with doing the "Try it Tuesday"..so it's now just a weekly recipe:)

All-Bran Muffins
I LOOOOOVE these muffins..and the best part is that they're very healthy!

1 1/4 c flour.. I use wheat flour to make them healthier
1/2 c sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 c All Bran cereal
1 1/4 c milk
1 egg
1/4 c veg oil

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. set aside.
In large bowl, combine all bran cereal and milk. Let stand about 5 min or until cereal has soaked up milk and softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. grease your muffin pan...(we use the smaller ones)...and bake at 400 about 15-18 minutes...don't let them brown otherwise they're dry. ENJOY!

Those sound so good. I'm totally going to make them! And I love what you said about scripture study. It's so true. Things run so much smoother in life and family when we are doing what we are supposed to do. Good luck!!
