I wasn't going to say anything yet, but we put an accepted offer on this a few weeks ago. It is a short sale, so we'll be waiting a few months until we hear back from the bank to see if they accept our offer as well. Short sales do test your patience, but they are great deals and our lease ends in September anyway. So we knew we wanted to start looking since we would need the summer to wait if we found something we wanted. Yes, we love it here enough we want to stay and we always said we'd give his job a  year before we would consider buying. We walked through 3 different houses of this same model and fell in love with the layout on the first one. We've had to compete with annoying investors snatching everything up so fast..so the first 2 houses accepted their offers first. Finally we got first dibs on this one and it was the best out of all 3 anyway! We love the neighborhood, schools have great reviews, and we already checked out the ward and love it. Just gotta play the waiting game now. For once, I hope time flies:)
